Ongoing Ways to Help 20% Theatre Company Twin Cities

20% Theatre Company Twin Cities is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Your donation is 100% tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.

MONEY:

The 20% Theatre Company Twin Cities began in early 2006 out-of-pocket by dedicated theatre artists, without grants or loans. Your generous support will help us rent rehearsal and performance space, provide budget for designers, promote our productions, as well as pay for the small indispensable stuff (copies, postage, website fees, etc.), and of course, make it possible to still pay our bills while continuing to uphold our goal to support and pay artists for their art!

To get an idea of how a little can go a long way:

$5 pays for a book of 20 postcard stamps
$15 rents a rehearsal space for an hour, or buys a costume at Good Will
$25 pays for color photocopies of the poster
$50-$150 pays for one performance in an 80-seat theatre, or 1,000 postcards from overnightprints.com
$200-$600 pays for performance royalties to a full-length play with a 2- or 3-week production run
$850-$1600 pays for a one week rental of performance space in the Twin Cities

We understand that not everyone has money to throw around, but perhaps you can help in other ways by donating:

• Rehearsal and performance space
• Publicity/Marketing assistance, such as photocopy/printing access, postage, paper, envelopes, etc.
• Accounting and legal council
• Van or truck for transportation of set/props/costume/equipment to space
• Various small furniture, costume, or prop items
